Door Access Issues
The building access system is currently overloaded. This is due to the high number of permission changes resulting from the organizational changes at Chalmers. Troubleshooting is ongoing. People whose permissions have been updated since midnight may experience delays before the new permissions take effect at the access card readers, due to the system overload. If your access card does not work where it should, please wait and try again later.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting access to SharePoint and OneDrive. The "Files" tab in Microsoft Teams is not functioning properly. A common error message is "503 SERVICE UNAVAILABLE". All users are currently unable to access SharePoint Online sites. Microsoft has identified that a section of the service infrastructure is underperforming due to a misconfiguration, which is impacting site availability and reliability. Works now for users located at campus or for those that use VPN, but we have shut down all external access to chalmers.se Cause of problem is a Denial of Service attack from an unknown source Our intranet https://intranet.chalmers.se is not affected

We want to inform you that our MyAccount service has been experiencing performance issues throughout the day, resulting in very slow response times. This primarily affects new students, as retrieving new computer accounts is taking unusually long. The IT Office has been working to identify the issue. We now believe we have located the root cause, but unfortunately, we currently do not have an estimate for when a solution will be in place. We are continuing to work on this with highest priority, and will provide an update when we know more.

Today, Wednesday 2025-06-11, beginning at 5 pm, we will make an emergency update of software in firewalls for Chalmers WiFi services (eduroam, NOMAD), Stena Center and a few local labs. No greater impact is expected but in a worse case scenario protected devices and services may be affected between 5 and 6 PM approximately.
